How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
